Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any items that do not meet your expectations. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Request Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box and include the printed return form inside.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
